Statutory Law

Yo, my fellow golds. I am needing some examples to use tomorrow on statutory law that has been used in the Supreme Court. Have been searching for hours. The issue that I am finding is that most of the rulings in the supreme court are made using common law. Statutory law sets the precedents then common law is made. Help me! I need some examples. Sorry for short notice!

    Just tell them about some statues and hope they don't catch the difference in spelling and pronunciation. Brilliant, I know.
